* Starting 14 days before your flight and until the time of departure on flights provided by Air France, Joon, HOP!, Air Corsica or CityJet. For Air France flights operated by SkyTeam alliance members, we will contact you up to 3 hours before your flight's departure.

It's important for us to be able to update you about any changes to your flight. When booking your flight, please provide the mobile phone number and e-mail address you will use during your trip. This allows us to contact you immediately wherever you are in the world, before, during or after your trip.

You can also provide your contact details at any time in the “Your reservations” area of the website. And to save time during upcoming trips, you can create an Air France account using your preferred contact details.
